The nutrition plan will create a more positive relationship with food inspiring permanent change. We do not believe in just cutting calories. The problem with low calorie diets is you just get short term results and the weight often returns. We don't see food simply for fuel, it's about giving your body the right ingredients to restore balance and help itself. When our food plan is adopted you will reach short term and more importantly long term health goals.

All FitParks clients receive free nutritional advice from Julia which will include healthy recipes, nutritional therapist tips, food label reading, healthy choices when eating at home, in a restaurant and even food on the move.

Julia has also devised a 1 month kick start nutrition programme. If you feel that you need a real nutritional boost to get you started in your first month at FitParks please ask for the plan when registering.
